This notice is provided by Sayar Danışmanlık — Uğur Sayar as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), regarding personal data collected through the contact form at www.sayardanismanlik.com.

Data we process

When you submit the contact form, we process only: your full name, email address, company name (optional), and your message. This site uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to your inquiry and conduct preliminary discussions about the consultancy services you request, based on Article 5/2(e) of KVKK (establishment and exercise of a right) and the explicit consent you provide on the form.

Storage and transfers

Form submissions are stored in Sayar Danışmanlık's Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint). As Microsoft datacenters may be located outside Türkiye, by submitting the form you explicitly consent to this transfer. Your data is not shared with third parties, is not used for marketing, and is deleted within a reasonable period after your request is concluded.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your data, among other rights, by contacting usayar@sayardanismanlik.com.
